Privacy Policy

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, phone number if you choose to give it, and your message.

We use it only to respond to your inquiry and to arrange a call. We do not sell it, add it to marketing lists or share it with anyone, except the service providers needed to run this site and deliver your message to us.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Your message is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV so that no inquiry is lost, and any copy we receive by email is held by our business email provider.

Contact form messages are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV and deleted automatically 12 months after they are received. If you become a client, your information is then governed by the client agreement.

To ask us to delete your information, or to see what we hold, send a request through the Contact form. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and complete the request within 45 days.

The site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising tools or tracking pixels. Our host keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.

A mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before the Checkup and before any document or login is exchanged. Please do not send documents, account numbers or identification numbers through the contact form.

Information you send us before you become a client is used only in Skonebridge's own business accounts, under terms that prohibit the provider from training on it. Client data stays in accounts the client owns. We never put your information into a consumer AI account.

You have the right to know what personal information we hold, to receive a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and to exercise these rights without discrimination. We do not sell or share personal information.

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
